In Romanian: Pesmeti cu amoniac
- Cream the sugar with the yolks, add the oil, mix, then add the ammonia powder and mix again.
- At the end add the vanilla.
- Knead well with flour to obtain a soft dough.
- Cover with a cloth and let sit for 1 hour.
- Then roll a sheet about ½ inch thick and cut into various shapes with cookie cutters.
- Bake until golden.
- They are better after a day or two.
