  1. Drain the meat that has boiled with the beef soup and cut in bite sizes.
  2. Place on a plate and garnish with the vegetables: potatoes, carrots, parsnip.
  3. Pour a little oil, vinegar/lemon juice and a tablespoon of the boiling liquid.
  4. Add a little pepper (to taste) and serve with a salad or pickles.
