  1. Wash the cauliflower, divide into flowerets and boil in salt water.
  2. When ready, drain, place into a heat-resistant dish and sprinkle with Parmesan.
  3. Then sprinkle with bread crumbs and pour melted butter.
  4. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
