  1. Set the black coffee and milk to boil.
  2. Add the gelatine and mix well until dissolved.
  3. Strain through a dense sieve and let cool.
  4. When only tepid, pour into the whipped cream with confectioner's sugar to taste.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Pour in cups or glasses and refrigerate.
  7. When serving, you can garnish with whipped cream or sour cherry preserves.
