  1. Fry the finely chopped onion in lard with the flour until it turns yellow.
  2. Pour the broth and add salt, sugar, tomato sauce and thinly sliced pickled cucumbers.
  3. Let everything boil for a few minutes, then add the vinegar and let simmer until the sauce thickens somewhat.
  4. Serve warm.
