In Romanian: Salau prajit
Ingredients

perch
3 tablespoons
oil
2 tablespoons
flour
lemon juice
salt
Directions

Clean, wash and cut the fish,
salt
it and let it sit for 10 – 15 minutes.
Then dry each piece with a clean cloth, dredge with
flour
and fry in hot
oil
, on both sides.
Serve warm, garnished with
lemon
slices.
