In Romanian: Budinca de sunca
- Beat the flour with the milk, add the butter and set to boil stirring continuously.
- Let boil until the mixture comes off the pot walls.
- Let cool, add the yolks one by one, mix, add the chopped ham, then the whipped egg whites.
- Pour the mixture in a buttered and bread crumbed pan and let bake.
- Serve warm.
