  1. Cut the meat and fry in lard until brown.
  2. Add the flour, mix well, fry only slightly, then pour the sour cream, add salt and simmer for 15 – 20 minutes.
  3. Add chopped dill and set in the oven so that the liquid is reduced (keep the pan covered)
  4. Serve with polenta.
