  1. Fry the meat pieces until brown.
  2. Cover with water, add a little salt and let boil until the meat is tender.
  3. During this time, clean the leeks, slice them and blanch.
  4. Arrange the drained leeks on top of the meat, add the tomato paste and sugar and let boil for 10 – 15 minutes on top of the range.
  5. Then place in the oven and leave it until the sauce is thickened.
