  1. Boil the macaroni, rinse with cold water and let drain.
  2. Beat the eggs, mix with the macaroni, add salt, pepper, heated lard, cubed ham and sour cream.
  3. Mix everything well and set into a buttered and bread crumbed baking sheet.
  4. Bake until it starts to turn brownish.
  5. Serve hot, cut into squares.
