In Romanian: Budinca de macaroane cu sunca
Ingredients

½ lb / 250 g macaroni
2 tablespoons
lard
1 cup
sour cream
7 oz / 200 g smoked
ham
salt
pepper
2
eggs
some
butter
and
bread crumbs
Directions

Boil the macaroni, rinse with cold
water
and let drain.
Beat the
eggs
, mix with the macaroni, add
salt
,
pepper
, heated
lard
, cubed
ham
and
sour cream
.
Mix everything well and set into a buttered and bread crumbed baking sheet.
Bake until it starts to turn brownish.
Serve hot, cut into squares.
