In Romanian: Pire de spanac pentru ochiuri.
- Pick the spinach leaves, wash in several changes of water.
- Set to boil in previously boiling water.
- Boil for just a few minutes until the spinach is wilted.
- Drain and leave in the colander until cool.
- Chop very fine.
- Then put in a pan with the butter, 2 – 3 tablespoons of water, milk and salt and simmer until the liquid is reduced.
- Serve this dish with fried or Scrambled Eggs.
