In Romanian: Ciulama de ciuperci.
- Clean the mushrooms, wash, cut and boil in salt water (with water only to cover).
- When they are done, drain and keep the liquid.
- Lightly fry the flour in butter, add the liquid that you kept, the milk and simmer until the sauce is medium thick.
- Add the mushrooms and simmer 10 more minutes.
- Serve hot with polenta.
