  1. Clean the mushrooms, wash, cut and boil in salt water (with water only to cover).
  2. When they are done, drain and keep the liquid.
  3. Lightly fry the flour in butter, add the liquid that you kept, the milk and simmer until the sauce is medium thick.
  4. Add the mushrooms and simmer 10 more minutes.
  5. Serve hot with polenta.
