  1. Clean the mushrooms, wash well and cut in pieces.
  2. Lightly fry the thinly sliced onions in oil, add the mushrooms and the peeled, seeded and sliced tomatoes, salt, pepper, dill and parsley.
  3. Simmer until the liquid is reduced.
  4. It may be served warm; however, it is much tastier when cold.
