- Clean the mushrooms, wash well and cut in pieces.
- Lightly fry the thinly sliced onions in oil, add the mushrooms and the peeled, seeded and sliced tomatoes, salt, pepper, dill and parsley.
- Simmer until the liquid is reduced.
- It may be served warm; however, it is much tastier when cold.
