  1. Cube the meat, salt and let sit for 30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, clean the mushrooms and cut in pieces.
  3. Dredge the meat with flour and fry in hot lard, add chopped onion and the mushrooms.
  4. Fry everything at very low heat for 20 minutes.
  5. Add sour cream, pepper and salt if needed.
  6. Let simmer, covered, until the meat is tender.
  7. If there is not enough sauce, add a little water.
