Peppers filled with Cheese

In Romanian: Ardei grasi umpluti cu brinza

Ingredients

• 1 lb / 500 g cheese
• 4 oz / 100 g butter
• 1 tablespoon minced dill
• a few big peppers
• salt

Directions

1. Wash, dry and core the peppers.
2. Remove all seeds.
3. Drain the cheese well and mix with the butter and salt.
4. Choose firm peppers, cut a slice on top and remove the inside with all the seeds.
5. Fill with the cheese mixture, then spread a little dill on top.
6. Refrigerate.
