  1. Whip the egg whites, mix with the sugar and almonds (walnuts).
  2. Divide the resulting paste in 3 – 4 equal parts and bake 3 – 4 sheets in the cake pan that was covered with buttered parchment paper.
  3. When the sheets are baked and cooled, spread Chocolate Cream on each of them, arrange one on top of the other and glaze with Chocolate Icing.
