In Romanian: Mazurca salam
- Set the honey to boil with the grated chocolate; when it starts boiling, add walnuts, stirring continuously.
- Let boil for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool a little.
- When you can touch it without discomfort, put the mixture on a cacao dusted board.
- With your hands, shape into a thick "sausage".
- Roll it into the cacao powder and let cool.
- When it is cold, cut slices with a very sharp knife.
- Arrange on a platter.
