- Beat the eggs, mix with the milk and salt.
- Fry the cubed ham in a little lard.
- Pour the beaten eggs in the pan, over the ham.
- Mix gently with the fork until the eggs are done.
- You may replace the ham with bologna.
- Serve immediately.
