- If the cabbage is too salty or too sour, wash it first.
- Then julienne and place it in a pan with the hot lard to saute.
- Keep stirring.
- Adding a little water from time to time until it is done.
- Add pepper and bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve as a side dish.
