  1. Boil the tongue and cut into finger thick slices.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and fry a half of a grated onion, add the flour, the tongue boiling liquid, then add the sour cream and tongue slices.
  3. Simmer for 10 – 15 minutes, add chopped dill and then let simmer for a couple of minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
