  1. Beat the yolks with the sugar until creamy.
  2. Add the vanilla and milk and set on heat, stirring continuously until it starts to thicken.
  3. Remove from heat, let cool a little, then gradually add the butter, processing until the cream starts to lighten in color.
  4. Refrigerate.
  5. Use this cream as filling, decoration for various cakes, tortes, etc.
