  1. Add to the ground meat mixture the cubed bacon and the finely ground spices.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Place the meat mixture on a wooden cutting board on which you spread some bread crumbs.
  4. Shape it like a roll.
  5. Place in a bread baking dish which you greased with lard.
  6. Spread some bread crumbs on top.
  7. Pour a little melted lard over it and bake.
  8. Serve sliced, with sautéd cabbage.
  9. It is very tasty served cold.
  10. This roll is very good if prepared with half pork and half beef.
