In Romanian: Dovlecei umpluti cu brinza de vaca.
- Remove the zucchini peel (grate), halve lengthwise, remove the pulp and seeds and salt a little.
- Then fill with the cheese well mixed with the eggs, 1 tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoons sour cream.
- Arrange on a baking sheet, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon melted butter and bake until golden brown.
- Serve hot, pouring the remaining sour cream over them.
